Ashley + Justin

Before seeing them, I knew these images would be beautiful with Albert Lewis of Mulberry Photography behind the camera and they are worthy of a magazine cover. The overall design was simple, whimsical and romantic. Playing off the natural surroundings of the picturesque Medjool Lake on the grounds of the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

One of the many little details were the apple escort cards nestled in wheat grass. And a few found it a refreshing snack on the way to their table!

The creative florals and imaginative centerpieces were designed by the Ashley's sister-in-law. The bride lovingly hand tied a special note to each cookie favor reading "all you need is love" the song played for the recessional as she and Justin made their way up the aisle as man and wife. Instead of a traditional guest book, the bride offered a classic movie photo book to combine her love and career in the movie industry. Which also inspired the guest tables named after some of her favorite Hollywood actors and actresses from the 30's, 40' and 50's.

The guests danced the night away on a black and white checkered dance floor. Beneath strands of white and pale blue paper lanterns and bistro lights created the dreamy ambiance within the grand white Arabian style tent. A special Baked Alaska was presented to each guest table as a special surprise to the bride's father - his favorite dessert! These scrumptious desserts and the wedding cake were all made by Samantha of Exquisite Desserts.
